Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to support project timelines and requirements.
• Lead and mentor logistics team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
