We're looking for a Print Artworker to join our Womenswear Print Design team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the print designers in delivering high-quality artwork across core and seasonal collections for M&S and our sub-brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for print to contribute to the look and feel of our Womenswear ranges, seen by millions of customers each season.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Develop prints into repeat and clean, scale to be production ready
  • Deliver to consistently high standards of print concept to tech pack ready artwork to send to Sourcing Office via PLM
  • Support print team to deliver all print requirements to meet BU critical path dates
  • Constantly develop in house print library
  • Utilise proficiency in Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work (Photoshop and illustrator)

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Expert in the field of print design with 2-3 years print design experience
  • High level of proficiency in Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work- Photoshop and illustrator
  • Multitask orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines to the critical path
  • A solid understanding of textile print processes and technical specifications.
  • A team-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
