Technical Sales Account Manager

Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager to join our high profile client.

As the world’s biggest and best ecommerce multinational platforms around, they have a reputation for putting technology first. The firm provides a UK wide tax efficient shopping platform to retailers of varying sizes.

The company has a startup feel to it although all the senior partners are seasoned software leaders well known in their field. Training is the key emphasis for this role as we are looking for someone with raw potential who is keen to learn from the best.

The Technical Sales Account Manager willdeliver sales & technical enablement to our client’s partner base using its products and services. TSAM’s are also responsible for assisting new partner acquisition; product evaluation and education, accounting planning and growth.

The TSAM’s day to day tasks will include:

  • Assisting with partner acquisition and development.
  • Acting as the partners’ advocate to communicate feedback/issues to Continuum
  • Conducting training sessions with individuals and groups both in-person and online
  • Introduce / upsell new products and services to new and existing partners
  • Track daily activity in the company CRM application (SalesForce)
  • Increase the use of Continuum solutions and partner revenue

TSAM’s are expected to have:

  • Experience in a technical sales position
  • Technical Aptitude in Server & Network Monitoring, Desktop Maintenance activities (no hands on requirement)
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and business owners
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience within the RMM environment is beneficial (exposure to Labtech, Kaseya, LogicNow, Autotask / AEM)
  • Experience within a Backup & Disaster Recovery reseller environment is beneficial (exposure to Datto, Storage Craft, Veeam, Symantec)
  • Experience working in a partner channel / IT Solutions provider (MSP)
  • Strong customer facing, verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience and success in selling in a business to business software sales environment
  • High Energy individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
