Engineering Teacher (September 2026 MPS-UPS + TLR)
Shape the Engineers of Tomorrow We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Engineering Teacher to join our ambitious and forward-thinking Design & Technology faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students through practical, innovative, and industry-relevant learning experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging Engineering lessons across Key Stages 3–5 and help students develop the technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and creativity needed for future careers in engineering and technology. About the Role As an Engineering Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver high-quality Engineering and Design Technology lessons Inspire students through practical and project-based learning Develop students’ technical understanding, creativity, and analytical skills Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress, and achievement Support students in achieving excellent academic and vocational outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent A degree or strong background in Engineering, Design Technology, or a related field Experience teaching Engineering or DT at secondary level Excellent classroom management and communication skills A commitment to inclusive education and student success The ability to motivate and inspire young people Why Join Us?
