London (1–2 days per week) + Home

Permanent | Full‑time

£67,000 – £77,000 + bonus + benefits

We’re looking for a Planning Lead to join our enterprise PMO and help us create a modern, effective planning capability that brings clarity, structure, and direction across a diverse change portfolio.

This isn’t a role where you inherit established processes.

This is a role where you create them.

What you’ll lead

As our Planning Lead, you will:

✅ Design and embed planning frameworks and standards across the enterprise PMO

✅ Build integrated plans across complex change and transformation activity

✅ Partner with senior leaders, programme managers, and business owners

✅ Track and report on both formal programme delivery and business-led initiatives

✅ Identify interdependencies, risks, and critical paths across the portfolio

✅ Bring structure to ambiguity and influence decision-making at senior levels

What makes you great

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in complex planning roles (ideally in multiple organisations)
• Strong background in enterprise, portfolio or strategic planning
• Experience across change & transformation environments
• Solid command of planning tools, methodologies, and integrated planning approaches
• Confidence presenting to senior leadership
• A proactive, “do the do” mindset — shaping direction, not just delivering tasks
• Comfort operating where things aren’t fully defined yet
