We are partnering with a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked UK law firm with an established and busy commercial real estate team. The firm has a strong London presence and a reputation for commercially astute, high-quality legal work for a broad range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers.
They are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (3–4 years’ PQE) to join their growing property team and support a diverse portfolio of transactional and advisory matters.

Typical duties for the role will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals.
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and agreements for lease.
- Supporting on development projects and portfolio management work.
- Acting on secured lending transactions for borrowers and lenders.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documentation.
- Conducting due diligence and reporting clearly and concisely to clients.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking, and dispute resolution teams.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 3–4 years’ PQE with solid commercial real estate experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
