Together with our Collaborative Marketing Team Lead, Nataliia , we’re now looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us scale partnerships with influencers and creators and boost brand awareness of our products.

What you'll be doing:

• Search for, engage, and test new UGC creators and influencers to drive effective promotion of Headway products
• Build long-term partnerships with thought leaders across various niches
• Coordinate collaboration with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Explore new opportunities and approaches for working with UGC creators
• Develop relevant creatives tailored to each product’s specifics
• Test content formats and scripts for creators based on localization

What you need to join us:

• 1.5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• Solid understanding of how to work with influencers and UGC creators across different platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not guesses.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Your superpowers: creativity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
