Junior Block Manager | Marylebone | London residential blocks | £30k-£40k | Office-based

A long-established, London-based property consultancy provides residential and commercial real estate services, including valuations, surveys, project coordination, and property management. Known for operating in prime central areas, it delivers regulated, high-standard professional advice across the UK with a focus on practical, tailored support.
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks (30-80 buildings) across London (Central, North, & West)
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and residents
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
- Overseeing maintenance works and contractor performance
- Managing service charge budgets and supporting client accounting functions
- Assisting with major works projects where required
- Using Microsoft Office daily, particularly Excel, for reporting and portfolio administration
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a block management role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Comfortable working full-time from the office (Marylebone, Monday-Friday)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- No driving licence required
