JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our Sloane Street store, where luxury, culture and creativity meet. In this role, you will build lasting client relationships, deliver personalised styling experiences and bring Burberry’s heritage and modern British attitude to life on the shop floor. Your impact will be felt through exceptional service, commercial success and genuine client loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences that inspire long‑term relationships and commercial growth
• Build and nurture a strong client book through thoughtful outreach, appointments and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Bring Burberry’s product, styling and brand story to life through confident storytelling and expertise.
• Consistently achieve individual and store commercial goals while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Support daily store operations, ensuring visual excellence and impeccable front‑ and back‑of‑house standards.
• Collaborate closely with the team to create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience in luxury retail or client‑focused environments with a strong sales record.
• A genuine passion for fashion, culture and styling, with confidence advising diverse clients.
• Strong clientelling skills and a relationship‑led, commercially minded approach.
• Professional, warm and confident communicator with impeccable presentation.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and proactive in a fast‑paced luxury setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
