Role Purpose

As Lunios's People & Operations Executive you will own the operational BAU of our people function. This role sits at the intersection of People and Business Operations, making sure our core processes, systems and people data run smoothly and accurately, and that every employee has a well organised experience from the moment they join to the day they leave. This role works closely with our People Partner and wider operational teams whilst operating with a high degree of autonomy and agency.

You'll make a great People & Operations Executive at Lunio if you have experience with:

• Employee Lifecycle Administration - Own the administrative execution of the employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding through to off-boarding, so every employee has a smooth and well organised experience at each stage.

• IT Equipment & Onboarding - Coordinate IT equipment ordering and set up system access for new starters so they are ready to work from day one. Manage the return of all equipment and the timely removal of access when people leave.

• People Systems Ownership - Be the superuser for our HRIS (Humaans) and LMS (Thrive), maintaining data accuracy and system hygiene so our people data is always up to date and report ready, keeping our People and HR learning content current, and training new starters on how to use the platforms.

• Payroll & Benefits Coordination - Work with the Finance team to submit accurate and timely payroll changes for new starters, leavers and any mid month amendments, including changes to employee benefits.

• Business Operations - Support the coordination of internal events such as All Hands, leadership meetings and development days, making sure logistics, communications and bookings are planned and executed without friction.
