About the Role: 

The Head of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership position, responsible for shaping and executing Sitecore’s global hiring strategy. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function across all regions, responsible for designing and executing scalable talent strategies, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will partner closely with executive leadership, HRBPs, and business unit leaders to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all functions.

What You Will Do: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with Sitecore’s growth objectives and DEI commitments
  • Team Management: Oversee a distributed team of recruiters providing coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including the CHRO and COO, on talent market trends, succession planning, and organisational design
  • Process Optimisation: Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools (e.g., Jobvite), and metrics to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality, from application to onboarding
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to elevate Sitecore’s employer brand across key markets and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
  • Data & Reporting: Deliver regular insights and dashboards on hiring performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence to executive stakeholders

What You Need to Succeed: 

  • Proven experience leading global talent acquisition functions in high paced environments
  • Exceptional communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of employer branding and experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 

  • Experience in SaaS or digital experience platforms
  • Experience incorporating AI recruitment processes
  • Track record of building scalable TA infrastructure during periods of transformation
