Deputy Front Of House Manager - Greenwich
RUSH Hair Greenwich is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Deputy Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support the Salon Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the salon’s reception and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and professional care.
- Oversee front desk operations, including appointment bookings, payments, and client queries.
- Work closely with salon management to drive client retention and retail sales.
- Maintain a clean, stylish, and well-organised reception area.
- Manage schedules and ensure seamless salon coordination.
Requirements
- Previous front of house or salon reception experience (team leadership a plus).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Availability to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule.
