Job Title: Close Protection Tutor/Assessor
Opportunities available in North West England and London
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + expenses / Benefits


Type: Full Time, Permanent (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
Must hold all of the following qualifications: Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training; Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention for Close Protection Officers; L3 Close Protection Physical Intervention.
Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
Hold solid occupational experience within Close Protection.
Driving licence and a vehicle - candidate must be flexible with travel.Duties:
Manage a caseload of learners working towards Close Protection qualifications up to Level 3.
Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills:
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
