Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Maintenance Engineer will work as part of the wider DfM team to ensure the provision of safe accommodation for the occupiers in accordance with the Client's requirements as set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
More about your role
This role requires a skilled, responsible, and diligent individual to play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance. On a daily basis, you will ensure the PPM programme and the life cycle replacement schedule are completed on time and in line with performance requirements.
This role is based across 2 sites - South Kensington and Battersea and operates a 40 hour working week.At Places for People, are we committed to a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as an Electrician,
- Fabric experience,
- Facilities Maintenance Experience,
- A C&G Guild2391 qualification is desired though not essential
