Head of Quality | Care Homes
proactive quality assurance framework across the companyManage and coordinate clinical audits within the servicesMaintain awareness of policy and recommendations from the Department of Health, NICE, CQC, CI and other national and local advisorsBe responsible for setting up all quality matters for any new servicesPlan, develop and evaluate methods and processes for gathering, analysing, interpreting and presenting a Performance and Quality Improvement PlanEnsure the production of regular reports and information to the senior management team, identifying potential risks and any actions that may need to be takenMonitor regulator quality ratings and assessments. Review and direct actions as necessary to continually improve ratingsImplement plans to tackle underperformanceMaintain evidence, reports and standards to achieve a minimum CQC rating of "Good" and CI rating of "5"Reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current relevant guidelinesWhat's On OfferHighly competitive salary
