of up to £85,000 (dependent on experience)33 days' annual leave (including Bank Holidays)Paid travel and accommodation for overnight stays where requiredFree DBS / DS checkOngoing professional development and trainingComprehensive and supportive inductionCompany pension schemeAbout YouWe're looking for a proactive and experienced quality professional with a strong understanding of elderly care regulation and service delivery.Essential Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality role within an elderly care setting as a Quality Lead, Quality Manager, Head of Quality, or Quality DirectorIn-depth knowledge of CQC and CI regulationsExperience with care planning and quality systemsExperience with audit processes, safeguarding, and risk managementAbility to write and embed policies and proceduresExperience of LSI and safeguardingFamiliar with risk managementUK driving license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel across Scotland and England (including
