The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within leading social media companies.

What Will You Do?

• Product Strategy & Vision:Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Socrates' mission and goals.
• Leadership & Collaboration:Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• User-Centric Design:Advocate for the needs and experiences of our diverse user base, ensuring the product meets their needs and drives engagement.
• Market Analysis & Research:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Roadmap Development:Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive user engagement and platform growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decisions:Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product improvements and measure the success of product initiatives.
