The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.Duties of this role include:Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.Provide expert input into patient care discussions, ward rounds, and multidisciplinary meetings.Provide formal supervision
