People Operations Manager
Does this sound like you? A passionate People Operations Manager with a wealth of experience in creating seamless and scalable employee experiences across people teams. What you'll do: You will be combining human centred design and operation excellence to ensure every people interaction is efficient and meaningful.
- Lead a small high impact team to work iteratively with agile frameworks
- Bring clarity, structure and innovation to people ops processes and projects within Flagstone
- Embed agile mindsets—run retros, iterate quickly, and build feedback loops into how the team operates
- Own the successful implementation and adoption of any new People system
- Rethink our employee journeys to reflect our culture, values, and pace—delivering consistently excellent experiences
- Own the continuous review and refresh of policies and templates, ensuring relevance, clarity, and legal compliance.
- Proven experience leading People Ops in a fast-scaling tech or FinTech environment.
- The ability to deliver systems implementation with a user-first mindset.
- A strong grasp of UK employment law, governance, and operational compliance.
- A passion for systems, automation, and driving operational excellence through smart design.
- Data-fluency, with experience using tools to inform action.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and process iteration—comfortable testing, learning, and adapting quickly.
