Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Deliver targeted intervention sessions to raise attainment
Monitor and feedback on student progress and engagement Working Pattern Full-time position

Based in Sutton, South London Person Specification We are looking for graduates who: Hold a degree from a recognised university
Have strong academic ability and subject knowledge
Are confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
Are passionate about education and working with young people
Are considering a future career in teaching or a related field
Are proactive, reliable, and eager to learn Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy
