Senior Learning & Growth Specialist

The Learning & Growth (L&G) team sits within the People function and acts as a creative and entrepreneurial centre of expertise responsible for designing delivering and continuously evolving Flywires global learning ecosystem.
We are seeking a Senior Learning & Growth Specialist to join our team and support the design development and delivery of engaging high-quality learning experiences for FlyMates worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with strong learning and visual design instincts who is comfortable working with modern learning technologies and enjoys turning ideas into polished practical learning assets/experiences.
As a Senior L&G Specialist you will play a hands-on role in bringing learning experiences to life supporting programs across onboarding people management mentoring and functional capability development. You will work closely with the L&G team People Partners subject-matter experts to ensure our learning solutions are well designed well executed and aligned to Flywires business priorities.
What Youll Do
In this role you will:
- Design and develop learning assets and experiences across a range of formats including digital virtual-live blended and self-directed learning
- Create engaging learning materials such as: Videos (e.g. Synthesia Parmonic) Slides and facilitation decks Learning guides job aids and Wire pages
- Support the delivery and coordination of virtual-live learning experiences including session setup logistics learner communications and post-session resources
- Use learning technologies (GenAI based) and platforms to enable scale accessibility and engagement (e.g. LinkedIn Learning Workday)
- Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback iterating on content and identifying opportunities to enhance learning impact
- Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to support Flywires Evolved Learning culture

- Strong learning design instincts with an eye for both instructional and visual quality
- Comfort using modern GenAI learning and content creation tools (e.g. Synthesia Parmonic LinkedIn Learning Google Workspace)
- Ability to translate ideas into high-quality learning assets quickly and effectively
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced global environment with multiple priorities

Qualifications
- Up to 4 years of relevant experience in learning & development talent development or a related field
- Experience supporting or delivering digital and/or virtual-live learning experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a global or distributed environment is a plus
