School Receptionist - Wonderful Prep School - Fulham
Our client is seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organised School Receptionist to join a wonderful prep school in Fulham. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and takes pride in creating a welcoming, calm, and professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors
Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor sign-in procedures
Supporting safeguarding procedures, including visitor checks and ID protocols
Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff
Assisting with day-to-day school operations in a warm, organised, and professional manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in a school reception or administrative role (prep or primary experience desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail
Confidence using office systems, email, databases, and Microsoft Office
A calm, friendly, and professional approach suited to a prep school environment
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
