  • Work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year

  • Life Assurance and Income Protection to protect your loved ones

  • Benefits allowance for health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Six months paid maternity leave, and one month paid paternity leave (subject to qualifying conditions) inclusive of same-sex and adoptive parents

  • Be Well: Our award-winning wellbeing and mental health programme to support all MVFers and their families

  • Family Forward support for our MVF parents and their mini-mes

  • 2 charity days a year

The Role

You’ll join a small, close-knit design team within MVF’s in-house creative department. You’ll work across the full breadth of our brands: rebrands, branded campaigns, customer journeys, white papers, email designs and templates.

You’ll also handle partner brands with insight and care. You’ll manage several projects at once and work closely with stakeholders across the business. You won’t just execute briefs: you’ll be trusted to give strategic steer, explain your design thinking to people with different levels of experience, and own your work from idea to execution. We value designers who are proactive with a real passion for user needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Produce high-quality design assets for our brands, including: paid marketing creatives, sales projects, editorial, email templates, white papers and more.

  2. Own our brands and set the standards they’re held to, so they resonate with customers and clients alike, including helping to lead rebrand projects.

  3. Give strategic steer on projects, and raise it when something isn’t heading in the right direction and double down on when things are.

  4. Manage several projects at once with excellent time management and understanding of how deadlines affect the wider business.

  5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, and explain your design decisions clearly to people with different levels of design literacy. Ensure work reflects project requirements, objectives and the wider business strategy.

  6. Build and maintain design templates for the Creative Team, as well as for stakeholders across the business.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent, high quality design across every touchpoint.

  • Stakeholders trust your judgement.

  • Ideas start with you. You lead the sprints and sessions that shape our brands.

Our Ideal MVFer:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and confidence with tools like Canva, Lovable and other emerging platforms.

  • A strong foundation in digital and user centred design, with experience across email, social, web and campaign assets, and in creating reusable templates that others can build on. Motion design skills a big plus!

  • Highly collaborative and works well when leading or supporting creative projects. Effective communication of ideas that support high quality design work

  • Ideally a mix of agency and in-house experience, so you’re used to juggling several projects at pace while working closely with stakeholders.

  • Has a portfolio showing ownership of brand work end to end.

  • Experience designing for multiple brands, including working within partner or client brand guidelines.

  • A high standard of craft and execution, supported by strong strategic and critical thinking.

MVF’s in-house creative team is a tight-knit group of 8 covering design, video and motion. As the central team for the whole business we bring our brands, and our partners’ brands, to life across every channel, shaping how MVF looks, sounds and performs everywhere our customers and clients meet us.

About MVF

MVF powers growth for our clients by connecting them to potential customers.

The digital marketing landscape is complex and constantly evolving. Businesses need experts who are tracking that evolution and finding new ways to innovate and win.

This is where MVF comes in. We match readers, buyers & business leaders with the brands & companies that make the products and services they need.

We do this by building relationships with potential customers at each stage of the marketing funnel by offering insights, information, and tools to help them learn more about the things they’re interested in. We build profiles on our audiences, guide them through purchase decisions, and ultimately connect them to the right products/services when they are ready to buy. Our clients trust us as experts in lead generation, which frees up their time to do what they do best.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are the foundation for MVF to build, promote and sustain a culture of trust, safety, growth and belonging where everyone can thrive. Our DEI guiding principles underpin how we build our teams, develop our talent, provide a fair working environment and create an ambitious company that reflects the diversity of our employees, customers, clients and partners, globally.

As an equal opportunities employer, we encourage all MVFers to respect, value and celebrate our differences, and commit to actions that ensure that we can belong and be authentic at MVF, without limitations or barriers.

We’re committed to providing support and/or adjustments to those who may need them during employment. If you consider yourself someone who may need support or adjustments, please speak with your Line Manager, Department DEI Ambassador or People Partner.

We are diverse by nature, but inclusive by choice.
