A Lings Group Limited are multi skilled domestic and commercial business offering trades as emergency contractors, as we scale and grow our business to multiple insurance companies, social housing clients and the private sector we are seeking high motivated and quality professionals to join our team.
We are offering a permanent position. Our ideal candidate MUST HAVE a full UK driving license, NVQ Level 2/3 or Level 2/3 Diploma for plumbing. We are recruiting across all South London postcodes and offering between £34,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The individual should be flexible in our busier periods and have a passion for the industry, also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working alone. The candidate should also work well in a team and have a can-do attitude. The location of work can be a variety of areas as we do cover inside the M25 (South).
Required from you:
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Level 2 Diploma Plumbing,
* Clean Full UK Driving License (Maximum 3 Points will be allowed),
* Unvented G3 Qualification Desirable,
* CSCS Skilled Trade Card Desirable,
* Asbestos Awareness,
* Minimum 2 years’ experience,
* Hand Tools,
* DBS Certificate,
* x2 Reference from previous employment.
Duties involve but are not limited to:
* Changing taps and tap cartridges (Bath, Basin, Kitchen and Outside),
* Repairing leaks on copper/plastic pipework and waste pipes,
* Repairing and installing radiators,
* Repairing and installing toilets,
* Understanding Hot and Cold-water systems,
* Working with & Understand Unvented Hot Water Systems,
* 1st & 2nd Fix installation for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems,
* Power flushing.

Hours: 45 Hours P/W Basic Salary (Excluding Weekend Rota Paid T&Q)
Working Times: 08.00AM / 18.00PM
Days: Monday to Friday (+ minimum of 1 Saturday & Sunday per month on alternate weekends)
