We are looking for a Marketplace Sales Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team.

As a Sales Support Executive in Marketplace, you'll partner with Account Managers to support our borrowers throughout their funding journey. We're looking for someone with a passion for precision who can manage lending applications with third-party lenders, ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and accuracy to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience.

The role

• Manage the end-to-end application process for clients, from initial information gatheringto submission and payout coordination.

• Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, and the internal sales team, ensuring allcommunication and documentation are handled efficiently.

• Compile and submit comprehensive application packages through lender portals,actively monitoring their status to ensure timely progress.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to streamline processes andoptimise application outcomes.

• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day

What we’re looking for

• Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending

• Confident in liaising with internal and external Stakeholders via calls, emails and in-person

• Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships

• Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency

• Results-oriented with high attention to detail
