Marketplace Sales Support Executive
We are looking for a Marketplace Sales Support Executive in our Marketplace Operations team.
As a Sales Support Executive in Marketplace, you'll partner with Account Managers to support our borrowers throughout their funding journey. We're looking for someone with a passion for precision who can manage lending applications with third-party lenders, ensuring every step of the process is handled with care and accuracy to deliver a truly exceptional customer experience.

The role
Manage the end-to-end application process for clients, from initial information gatheringto submission and payout coordination.
Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, and the internal sales team, ensuring allcommunication and documentation are handled efficiently.
Compile and submit comprehensive application packages through lender portals,actively monitoring their status to ensure timely progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to streamline processes andoptimise application outcomes.
Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending
Confident in liaising with internal and external Stakeholders via calls, emails and in-person
Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
Highly organised and able to organise your day and week to maximise your efficiency
Results-oriented with high attention to detail
