Breakfast Chef

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to fill the position of Breakfast Chef in our energetic team. The successful candidate will oversee breakfast food preparation, aiming to satisfy our patrons' appetites with delectable, high-quality food from the early hours. Responsibilities:

• Designing and preparing breakfast menus, ensuring varied high quality dishes.
• Ensuring food preparation and culinary activities are in line with sanitation and health safety regulations.
• Handling ingredients and food storage in a way that promotes longevity and freshness.
• Adapting meals based on the needs of different guests, including those with dietary restrictions.
• Monitoring breakfast food supplies, restocking whenever necessary and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff for the smooth running of food service operations.
  A culinary school diploma or relevant qualification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a breakfast chef or similar role is desirable.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to enable effective communication within the team.
• Passionate about cooking, with a deep understanding of breakfast meals and ingredients.
• Familiarity with necessary kitchen equipment and procedures.
• Able to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of food allergens and special dietary requirements.
