Ladieswear Account Manager - Supply
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
- Oversee retail accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Negotiate prices with customers, and maintain a detailed critical path.
- Work closely with designers to develop attractive product for customers, which hit their briefs.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and retail feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Resolve any retail concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on trends and developments.
