Job Details
My client is a respected and forward-thinking law firm that’s looking to expand its Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a brilliant opportunity to launch your career in a highly regarded team, working on high-value, complex transactions and learning from some of the best in the field. The Role You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced commercial property team, supporting a varied caseload of real estate matters including:- Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance and development projects
- Title due diligence and property searches
- Drafting and negotiating key documentation
- NQ Solicitor (qualified or qualifying in the next 3–6 months)
- A commercial property seat during your training contract is essential
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Enthusiasm to develop within the commercial property sector
