Lookbook Retoucher
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong foundational experience in product and lookbook retouching who is motivated to grow within one of the industry’s leading retouching teams. We work across high-profile fashion and commercial projects, producing large volumes of imagery to demanding creative and technical standards. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, consistency, efficiency, and initiative. We are looking for someone
genuinely passionate about their craft — someone who is ambitious,
collaborative, and aligned with what The Hand of God stands for. The ideal candidate will: ● Have industry retouching experience, ideally within fashion, lookbook, or commercial retouching
● Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Photoshop
● Have a strong understanding of fashion retouching, including skin, hair, garments, fabrics, and product details
● Consistently deliver clean, refined, and natural-looking imagery across a high volume of assets
● Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and visual consistency across a series of images
● Have a strong understanding of colour, tone, contrast, and maintaining consistency across a set
● Be confident working to established creative direction and retouching guidelines
● Be highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple images and deadlines
● Work efficiently without compromising on quality
● Be proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback
● Communicate clearly and work effectively within a wider creative team
● Bring a professional, grounded attitude to their work A genuine passion for retouching, fashion, photography, and image-making is essential
