A fantastic opportunity for a Psychology ECT in Harrow. Our ECT support focuses on scientific communication, helping you translate complex psychological theories and research methodologies into accessible, engaging lessons for GCSE learners.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Cognitive Inquiry: Instructing Psychology at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and supporting the Science/Humanities curriculum at Key Stage 3.
Critical Thinking: Teaching memory, social influence, and biological psychology fundamentals.
Induction Excellence: Engaging in weekly mentor sessions and bespoke workshops for early-career teachers.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Psychology.
Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
