£100,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced R&D Tax Senior Manager to join our clients growing R&D Tax practice team . This is a senior, client-facing role for a UK R&D tax specialist who enjoys working with innovative businesses and contributing to the growth of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of R&D tax clients and oversee end-to-end claim delivery.
• Prepare and review UK R&D tax claims for HMRC submission.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients and liaise directly with HMRC.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members.
• Identify new opportunities and support proposals and practice growth.

About You

• Professionally qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or international equivalent), or former Tax Inspector with full technical training.
• Strong hands-on experience in UK R&D tax incentives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Confident leader with experience developing junior staff.
• Knowledge of Patent Box and/or corporate tax is advantageous.
