Interim Lawyer - Restructuring/Insolvency - Elite Global Law Firm
Job Description
I’m currently working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer (5+ PQE) who is immediately available for a short-term assignment.
This opportunity would suit a private practice trained lawyer with strong restructuring experience who can quickly integrate into a busy team and support on a range of complex matters.
The Role
You will work alongside a well-established restructuring team advising a broad range of stakeholders on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex restructuring strategies and insolvency procedures
- Supporting matters involving security enforcement and officeholder appointments
- Assisting with contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
- Drafting and negotiating restructuring and insolvency documentation
- Supporting on litigation processes relating to insolvency disputes
- Assisting with cross-border restructuring work
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary legal team
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ PQE gained within private practice at a recognised law firm
- Strong experience in restructuring and insolvency matters
- Exposure to security enforcement, restructuring strategies, and insolvency procedures
- Experience across contentious and advisory restructuring work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong client-handling ability and commercial awareness
- Strong academic background
- Immediately available
