Department strengths include:
• Strong GCSE results and improving A-Level outcomes
• Regular departmental CPD and moderation
• Clear assessment systems
• Whole-school literacy leadership
Students are encouraged to think critically and articulate their ideas confidently, with classroom discussions forming a key part of learning.

Leadership is visible and committed to staff wellbeing. Professional development is structured, and staff voice is valued in decision-making processes.
The school offers:
• Modern teaching facilities
• A dedicated Sixth Form centre
• A structured ECT and CPD programme
• A stable and experienced staff team

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic expectation
• Contribute positively to departmental development
Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and ambitious ECTs.
What’s On Offer
