Contracts Manager Estate Services
Location: West London (4 days onsite/office, 1 day remote)
Rate: £472 per day (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Estate Services) to join a busy Local Authority in West London. This is a key role responsible for managing and overseeing estate services contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery for residents. Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the management of estate services contracts (e.g., grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste management, pest control, communal repairs).
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and statutory requirements.
- Undertake contract reviews, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring value for money and adherence to financial regulations.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, internal teams, councillors, and residents.
- Deal with escalated complaints and resolve service delivery issues.
- Contribute to service improvement projects and support procurement processes when needed.
- Strong track record of managing estate services contracts within a housing/local authority environment.
- Excellent knowledge of contract management principles, performance monitoring, and compliance.
- Driving Licence PCV (passenger carrying vehicle)
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate with contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- 4 days per week required onsite/office across West London.
- 1 day working from home.
