We are seeking a HCM Technology and Cybersecurity Advisor to join our EMEA team in a Senior Solution Advisor Specialist role, preferably located in the UKI region , and Dutch speaker. The individual will support complex and strategic sales opportunities by clearly articulating how SuccessFactors Technology delivers business value and differentiates our solutions in the market, and by giving confidence with its security and data privacy.

This person will act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors technology, architecture, integration, security and data privacy, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends.

Account Team Engagement:

  • Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs and vision to SAP SuccessFactors solutions and qualifying the opportunity against a probability of success.
  • Support new sales and adoption by providing solution-specific technological expertise and competitive differentiation.
  • Engaged throughout the customer sales engagement lifecycle as integral member of the account engagement team, helping to develop the account strategy.
  • Work cross functionally and consult with many SAP presales teams, including the SuccessFactors team and other SAP Lines of Business Teams.
  • Contribute to creation of overall theme and competitive differentiation (value wedges) and execute dry runs.
  • Embrace consistent messaging and employ digital assets in all customer engagements, including recorded demos, presentations, microsites, and other reusable content.
  • Act as a focal point for SAP SuccessFactors sales-related security matters across the UKI, ensuring alignment with customer security needs.

  • Deliver impactful security-focused presentations, workshops, and demonstrations, while contributing to trusted advisor activities, RFIs, and RFPs.

 

Customer Lifecycle Engagement:

  • Effectively transition the deal to on-boarding teams / partner / Field Services.
  • Drive adoption by continuing to sell the vision and impact of SAP SuccessFactors technology and security post-selection.
  • Provide expertise through the customers' successful deployments and realization of value, as required.

 

Experience & Educational Requirements:

  • 10-15 yrs of relevant professional experience with large, IT organizations/multi-national software
  • Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SAAS (software as a service)/ PAAS (platform as a service)/ IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service) models, cloud-based commerce/ business networks.
  • Proficient in multiple technical products/solutions including integration, architecture, extensibility, and security.
  • A proven track record in cybersecurity, with expertise in cloud security solutions.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification or project experience is preferred.
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior security stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated to take initiative.
  • The ideal candidate will reside in the UKI region and be fluent in English.
