About the role
Are you passionate about improving the employee experience through smart systems, data, and processes? We're looking for a People Systems Partner to join our growing People team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between People operations, technology, and data – ensuring our systems run smoothly and support the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with People, IT, and business leaders to optimize our people platforms, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key projects like system implementations, process automation, and compliance.
What you’ll do
- Act as the subject matter expert for all HR systems
- Drive system improvements, integrations, and automations to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to manage system configurations, permissions, and workflows
- Support the implementation and roll-out of new tools or system modules
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support People analytics and compliance
- Train People team members and managers on system usage and best practices
- Ensure data integrity and support audits through regular system maintenance and checks
- Lead or support change management and communication efforts related to systems and processes
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to drive continuous improvement
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about people and culture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing system configuration and data
