Location: Regional Victoria – 90 minutes from Melbourne

Position Type: Full-time – Consultant Level

Earnings: Up to AUD $900,000+ / £470,000 per year (public + private billing)

Eligible Qualifications: UK, US, Canada, Europe, South Africa

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Consultant ENT (Otolaryngology) Surgeon to join a high-performing surgical team in regional Victoria , just 90 minutes from central Melbourne.

This role provides an excellent blend of public hospital ENT practice and high-demand private work , allowing surgeons to build a full surgical caseload quickly while enjoying the lower cost of living and lifestyle benefits of regional Australia—without being far from a major capital city.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of ENT services including adult and paediatric care
• Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures
• Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, and on-call rosters
• Work collaboratively with anaesthetics, oncology, audiology & paediatric teams
• Supervise registrars, trainees, and junior doctors
• Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement & CME

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent)
• Specialist qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology
• (e.g., FRCS(ORL-HNS), American Board, Royal College of Canada, European Board, FRACS-equivalent , or South African specialist credentials)
• Eligible for AHPRA Specialist Registration
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Experience across both adult and paediatric ENT surgery desirable
