We are seeking a resilient and committed Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Barnet. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students’ behaviour, engagement and overall wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them to develop positive attitudes to learning and improve their outcomes. You will collaborate with pastoral teams, teaching staff and families to implement effective behaviour strategies.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience and a proactive approach.
