Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-3)

The team is deeply embedded in both the corporate and private wealth worlds, and is known for its practical, commercial approach to getting deals done.You'll be joining a team that leads industry discussions on regulation and technological change, and leverages proptech tools-from automation and visualisation to AI and structured databases-to deliver faster, smarter solutions.
- Advise on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for landlords and tenants.
- Assist with department-wide transactions, including drafting certificates and reports.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and carry out due diligence.
