お誕生日プレゼントの購入、高級品の購入、モルディブでのアクティビティ提案など——
知識・ネットワーク・リサーチ力を駆使し、富裕層のお客様一人ひとりの多様でユニークなご要望にお応えいただきます。
お客様のライフスタイルを深く理解し、クリエイティブかつ実現可能なソリューションを期限内に提供するお仕事です。
また、世界中の同僚と連携しながら、最適な情報と機会を共有していきます。
主な業務内容
- お客様からのご依頼を期日内に対応し、最適な選択肢を複数ご提案
- お客様のライフスタイル、嗜好、ニーズを深く理解し、丁寧なヒアリングを実施
- ご要望に応じたリサーチ・提案・手配を行い、期待を超える体験を提供
- お客様に寄り添いながら、より豊かなライフスタイルを提案
- 社内外の関係者と連携し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを確保
- クレーム対応時には「会員満足アンバサダー」と連携し、課題を迅速に解決
Requirements
応募資格（MUST）
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- ホスピタリティ、旅行、カスタマーサービス、コンシェルジュ、またはコールセンター業務でのご経験
- 高いコミュニケーションスキルと顧客対応力
- 問題解決能力・柔軟な判断力・丁寧な対応姿勢
- 複数案件を同時に管理し、優先順位をつけて対応できるスキル
- Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）などの基本操作スキル
歓迎スキル・経験
- 航空券・ホテルなど旅行関連の予約・手配経験
- GDSシステム（特にAmadeus）使用経験
- コンシェルジュ、カスタマーサポート、または旅行業界での実務経験
- 富裕層や富裕層顧客対応経験
- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（読み書き・会話）
勤務条件
- フルタイム（週40時間）
- シフト制（06:00～23:00の間で柔軟に勤務可能な方）
- 土日祝勤務あり
