Nanny-Housekeeper
Hours: Monday–Friday
6:30am – 8:30am & 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Salary: £20 per hour Hummingbird Homestaff is currently seeking a reliable and nurturing Wrap Around Nanny / Light Housekeeper on behalf of a lovely family based in Peckham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children while also supporting a busy household, offering consistent hours and a competitive hourly rate. The role involves caring for two children aged 3 years and 18 months, both of whom attend nursery.Duties include: Morning: Supporting the children with their morning routine
Preparing breakfast
Getting them ready for nursery
Nursery drop-off
Afternoon/Evening: Nursery pick-up
Preparing simple, healthy meals
Engaging the children in play and activities
Supporting bath time and evening routine
Light housekeeping: Laundry and ironing
Keeping children’s areas clean and organised
Loading/unloading dishwasher
General tidying and household support
The ideal candidate will be: Warm, caring, and engaging
Highly organised and proactive
Comfortable managing both childcare and light household duties
Confident working independently
Requirements: Previous nanny/childcare experience
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
References available
