AI Consultant
- Develop and deliver the organisation's enterprise AI strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Establish an AI governance framework, including responsible‑AI principles, risk controls, and model usage policies.
- Define AI operating models, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across the bank.
- Partner with Technology, Data, Security, Compliance, and business teams to identify AI use cases and prioritise a multi‑year roadmap.
- Ensure the bank's use of Microsoft AI tools (incl. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Fabric) aligns with best practice.
- Lead change management, training, and adoption programmes to uplift AI literacy across the workforce.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for executives and senior stakeholders.
