About the role
We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-level Product Marketing Manager to support the launch of new products and drive engagement with existing ones.
You'll sit in the Product Marketing team and work closely with Product, Design, Research, CRM, and Performance to bring our features to life, from initial insight to market launch.
Your job is to deeply understand our users and help shape how we position and communicate our savings and investment products, ensuring they resonate with the people we build them for.

What you’ll do
Lead go-to-market strategy
- Own GTM planning and execution for savings and investment products
- Develop user-informed messaging and positioning frameworks
- Support pricing and packaging decisions
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive GTM plans
Be the voice of the customer
- Understand user engagement patterns and unmet needs
- Feed customer insights into product strategy and roadmap
Drive growth and adoption
- Refine customer segmentation and identify high-value user groups
- Execute campaigns with CRM and Performance teams that drive adoption
- Own competitive intelligence and deliver actionable insights
Ensure execution excellence
- Maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Track product marketing KPIs and optimise based on learnings
- Act as an internal product expert and advocate
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing in high-growth and fast-paced environments
- Are customer-obsessed and insight-driven. You dig into data and research to understand what makes people tick
- Can craft clear, compelling messaging that speaks to real customer needs
- Have strong communication skills and can build relationships across Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Know your way around a go-to-market plan and understand the product & customer lifecycle
- Can balance creativity with analytical thinking, using data to guide and measure your work, and always be on the lookout for new opportunities to tackle customer problems
- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
- Experience in B2C product marketing is required
- Experience in Fintech, Gaming and subscription-based companies is a plus
