We are looking for a Head Chef (or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up) with: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a very busy restaurant or gastro pub environment with a minimum of 3 AA Rosette recognition. A strong passion for food and culinary excellence. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A proven track record in menu development and cost control.
