Talent Partner, Operations (6m fixed-term contract)
Ready to revolutionize healthcare, making it faster and more accessible than ever before?
How we started:
Back in 2013, our founder Dwayne D’Souza saw an opportunity to give people faster and more convenient access to medications using technology. We've grown rapidly since our inception, without any external funding whatsoever – achieving profitability through innovation and a highly disciplined approach to growth.
Where we are now:
We’ve earned the trust of millions of people worldwide through our top-selling products and well-known brands: MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRX, and Levity. A lot of our success is down to having our own pharmacies, manufacturers and products – spearheaded by leading in-house medical teams, researchers and pharmacists. Between 2023 and 2024 our global revenue tripled; £60m to £180m (300% year-on-year growth). We're looking to do the same in 2025; move into new territories, and further accelerate our growth journey. There’s never been a more exciting time to join HeliosX.
Where we’re going:
Over the next five years, you’ll support our goal to become a world-leading healthcare partner, deepening our customer relationships, expanding into new countries, and diversifying our product portfolio to treat more conditions. You’ll be part of helping more people access prescription treatments and, most importantly, making personalised care better, quicker and easier for everyone.
Come be a part of making our dream of easier and faster healthcare a reality!
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, delivery-driven Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and knows how to build pipelines that actually deliver! You’ll play a key role in scaling our operational and service delivery teams, with a particular focus on pharmacy and warehouse roles. This role can be based in either London (Liverpool Street) or our new Leamington Spa hub, with hybrid working arrangements (around 3 days a week in the office preferred).
This isn’t just a fill-the-role-and-go kind of job. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle – from briefing through to offer – and make the hiring experience seamless for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders across the business, proactively manage your talent pools, and help shape how we recruit as we scale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make hires against open headcount – quickly and with quality candidates
- Attract, engage, and acquire top talent across our service delivery, pharmacy, and warehouse teams
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your open roles – from brief to offer and everything in between
- Write job ads that cut through the noise and get the right candidates in the pipeline
- Screen, qualify, interview, and manage candidates all the way to final offer and negotiation
- Maintain a database of active and passive candidates, keeping talent warm for now and the future
- Track every part of the hiring process in our ATS (Greenhouse), making sure data is clean and accurate
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers – understand what good looks like, and deliver it
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to keep hiring managers in the loop
- Ensure a brilliant candidate experience from start to finish
- Suggest improvements to our hiring processes and support project work that drives efficiency
- Be a HeliosX ambassador in every interaction, internally and externally
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong track record in high-volume hiring, ideally for operations, warehouse or pharmacy roles
- Detail-oriented, organised, and process-savvy
- Proven ability to hire hard-to-fill roles and think creatively when sourcing
- In-depth understanding of candidate selection methods and funnel management
- Experience setting up or improving recruitment processes in a growing, fast-paced company
- Strong ATS experience – ideally Greenhouse – and comfort working with recruitment data
- Familiarity with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, search engines
Why work with us?
At HeliosX, we want to improve healthcare for everyone, and to do this we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition. We are currently a diverse team of engineers, scientists, clinical researchers, physicians, pharmacists, marketeers, and customer care specialists committed to our mission - but we need more talented folks to join us, if we want to achieve our global ambitions!
Aside from working with our all-star team, here are the other benefits of coming on board:
- 25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays)
- Private health insurance, along with extra dental and eye care cover
- Pension scheme
- Enhanced parental leave
- Cycle-to-work Scheme
- Electric Car Scheme
- Free Dermatica and MedExpress products every month, as well as family discounts
- Home office allowance
- Access to a Headspace subscription, discounted gym memberships, and a learning and development budget
Role Open to London or Leamington Spa
