More free time when family is travelling. Manage the daily laundering of bed linens, towels, tablecloths, and clothing, ensuring all items are cleaned to the highest standards. Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations. Sort, fold, and organise clean laundry in designated storage areas for easy access. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of laundry facilities, including washing machines, dryers, ironing stations, and storage areas. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Assist with special laundry requests from family or guests as required, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Prior experience in a private family or hospitality environment is highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable, hardworking, and discreet with a professional attitude towards guest privacy and confidentiality. Flexibility to work live-in hours as required by the role, including early mornings or late evenings if necessary.
