Global Strategy Delivery Manager

Job Description

This is an opportunity for someone with a background in consulting, banking, or a related field, looking to step into their first in-house strategy or operations role. You will contribute to a variety of strategic, and operational initiatives, supporting senior team members and gaining exposure to business challenges across Aristocrat’s global operations.

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of group-wide strategic, commercial, and operational projects

• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational analysis to inform business decisions

• Drive, assist and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes

• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward

• Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years’ experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role with emphasis on Program Management

• Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

• Critical decisioning and judgement

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels

• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a low-ego, team-oriented approach

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize actions
