Lead Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Manager to lead transformative change across our Brand Experience Division. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
As Lead Project Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and leadership of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Brand & Reputation Division, reporting directly to the Chief Brand & Reputation Officer. This pivotal role will drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver key transformation projects that shape the future of our marketing-led approach.
Key responsibilities include:
Organisational Restructuring: Lead the restructuring project across Brand & Reputation, partnering with HR and business units to map future state design and ensure smooth transitions.
PMO Delivery: Design and implement a robust PMO framework, introducing standardised methodologies, tools, and reporting dashboards. Campaign Planning Tool Implementation: Oversee the delivery and adoption of a new campaign planning tool, ensuring it meets the needs of all teams and drives continuous improvement. Governance & Stakeholder Management: Act as the central coordination point for all Brand & Reputation projects, facilitating alignment and transparent communication across teams. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Build PMO capability, upskill team members, and foster a culture of collaboration and delivery excellence.Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a strategic and experienced project leader, passionate about driving change and delivering results. With a strong background in PMO leadership and transformation, you thrive in complex environments and excel at stakeholder engagement. Your ability to influence at senior levels and lead through change will be key to your success in this role.
You will:
Experience in Brand Experience/Marketing is essential.
Bring a proven track record in leading PMOs and large-scale transformation projects. Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Be confident working across matrix structures and driving alignment at all levels.About Us
