Office Administrator – Victoria, London - Full Time role - Carpentry Sub-Contractor

Our client are a leading Carpentry Sub-Contractor that are looking for a Office Administrator to join their office in Victoria. Hours are 9-5 but this is negotiable if needed. E.g. Pay Cut for less hours

Duties:

*

Providing customer service

*

Reviewing construction projects

*

Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction supplies

*

Organizing project meetings.working closely with the Managing Directors.

*

Typing up documents

*

Responding to business enquiries

*

Drawing up contracts

*

Managing payslips
