Recognised for its distinctive prints, sculptural silhouettes and confident approach to femininity, the brand has established an international presence and continues to expand into new categories and markets.

We are seeking an experienced and highly connected PR & Brand Relations Manager to work with our growing team and play a key role in shaping the brand's global visibility, industry relationships and strategic partnerships.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an established luxury fashion PR professional with an extensive network of industry contacts, a strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing, and a strategic approach to brand development.

The successful candidate will lead the brand's press relations, influencer partnerships and affiliate activity, combining traditional luxury fashion PR with a commercially minded approach to building brand awareness and driving growth.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well-connected, proactive and confident in independently creating opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated understanding of the luxury fashion landscape, established relationships with leading editors, stylists and influential figures, and a natural ability to develop meaningful, long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Press & Media Relations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading fashion editors, journalists, stylists and luxury publications in the UK and internationally.

• Proactively secure high-quality editorial placements, brand features, product coverage and press opportunities.

• Manage all incoming press enquiries, including editorial requests, sample loans, imagery and product information.

• Establish and develop relationships with digital publications, managing affiliate linking opportunities to support editorial coverage and commercial performance.

• Identify and secure opportunities for founder profiles, interviews and brand storytelling.

• Oversee press gifting, sample coordination and ongoing communications with key media contacts.

• Proactively introduce the brand to new publications, stylists and influential industry figures.

Influencer & Affiliate Relations

• Take ownership of the brand's ShopMy programme, including creator discovery, outreach, gifting, affiliate partnerships and performance analysis.

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with luxury fashion influencers, stylists, tastemakers and content creators.

• Leverage an established personal network to introduce the brand to relevant, high-profile individuals and new audiences.

• Proactively identify and approach creators through ShopMy, Instagram, direct outreach and existing industry relationships.

• Manage influencer communications, gifting requests, product selections and follow-ups.

• Develop strategies to grow affiliate revenue, strengthen relationships with high-performing creators and encourage repeat collaborations.

• Identify opportunities for organic brand exposure and authentic influencer partnerships.

• Ensure all collaborations are carefully considered and aligned with Alexandra Miro's luxury positioning.

Brand Partnerships & Development

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary luxury fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and travel brands.

• Cultivate relationships with influential individuals across fashion, art, culture and the wider luxury industry.

• Conceptualise and support the execution of press events, collection launches, intimate brand gatherings and influencer experiences.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's presence in key international markets, particularly the UK, US and Australia.

• Work closely with the Founder and Brand Director to ensure all partnerships and external communications reflect the brand's identity and long-term vision.

• Proactively bring forward creative and commercially relevant opportunities to elevate the brand's profile.

Strategy & Performance

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR, influencer and affiliate strategy aligned with collection launches and the wider brand calendar.

• Establish clear objectives for editorial coverage, influencer engagement, affiliate revenue and partnership development.

• Monitor and report on press coverage, influencer activity, affiliate performance and key commercial results.

• Maintain an organised network of press, influencer and industry contacts, ensuring consistent relationship management.

• Stay informed of developments across the luxury fashion landscape, identifying emerging talent, relevant cultural moments and new opportunities for the brand.

About You

• Ideally 8–10 years' experience in luxury fashion PR, influencer relations or brand partnerships. Exceptional candidates with equivalent experience and a proven track record will also be considered.

• An established network of senior fashion editors, journalists, stylists, luxury influencers and influential industry contacts.

• Demonstrable experience securing high-quality editorial coverage and developing successful press and influencer relationships.

• Strong working knowledge of ShopMy, including creator discovery, gifting, affiliate marketing, relationship management and performance reporting.

• A sophisticated understanding of luxury brand positioning, with a refined aesthetic sensibility and an instinct for relevant brand associations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the brand at a senior level.

• Naturally personable, well-connected and skilled at developing genuine, lasting industry relationships.

• Highly proactive, resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities.

• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how PR, influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships contribute to brand growth.

• Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.

• Creative and strategic in approach, with a genuine passion for luxury fashion, culture and brand development.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of an independent luxury fashion house.
