Restaurant Operations Manager

Join us as a Restaurant Operations Manager, leading our team in East Sheen and helping us deliver our famous chicken finger meals with a smile. You'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence, ensuring we uphold our high standards and culture in everything we do.

Key Details

• Pay: Competitive hourly wage + monthly bonus
• Hours: Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Contract: Full-time
• Location: East Sheen
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: Until filled

The Work

• Execute restaurant operations and manage day-to-day tasks
• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and ensure accountability
• Enforce policies, manage shifts, and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide excellent customer service and utilise reward and recognition programs
• Lead by example, coach others, and demonstrate a 'can do' attitude
• Complete administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

What You Need

• Education: GCSEs or equivalent
• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant or retail management
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organised, self-driven, with strong analytical and communication skills
• Requirements: Ability to work varied shifts, complete required training programs, and maintain a safe working environment

Desirable

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of Raising Cane’s systems and procedures
